Project Highlight - JSP Suite

OHC was commissioned by Koman to perform a hazardous materials survey of the suite in preparation for the renovation. OHC conducted an extensive NESHAP Asbestos, Lead paint, PCB and other hazardous materials survey of the suite. OHC is in process of preparing the Abatement specification and will be responsible for conducting all the required abatement oversight during the construction phase.
